As part of this project, I was asked to develop new brand guidelines and a marketing strategy. Our survey revealed that most of our clients are women who feel that the look of the site is outdated and the message isn’t clear. I worked closely with the CEO to create a new language that is young, updated, and feminine, while maintaining the brand’s strong identity and effectively communicating a brand’s message to its target audience.
